Platform Engineering
- Strong automation of configuration management
- Cloud-native architecture on AWS or Azure
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform
- Strong understanding of Ansible and Ansible Playbooks
- CI/CD design GitHub Actions (preferable), GitLab CI, Azure DevOps with a strong understanding of security within CI/CD
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry
- Cost optimization and performance analysis
AI/ML Integration (Optional)
- Deploying machine learning models into production using MLOps
- Automation of model retraining and monitoring (drift detection, alerting)
- AI-driven anomaly detection, performance prediction, and capacity forecasting
- Experience in AIOps practices
DevOps & Automation
- Strong scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Event-driven automation with tools like Airflow or Prefect
- Auto-scaling infrastructure based on AI-driven forecasting and Machine Learning
- Secrets and configuration management: Secrets Manager, Azure Vault, CyberArk
- Experience in working with and creating Ansible playbooks for automated configuration management at enterprise scale.
Security & Compliance
- Deep understanding of cloud-native security best practices and implications
- DevSecOps experience and driving security as a priority in design and build processes
- Auditability and compliance support for ML pipelines
- Experience in integrating security practices throughout the SDLC lifecycle (ex: scanning and policy enforcement)
