Role Title: Adobe Analytics Architect / CJA Architect
Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred)
Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension
Engagement Model: Embedded within the Enterprise Marketing Analytics team, partnering closely with business, engineering, and analytics stakeholders on day-to-day delivery and strategic execution.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Architect to lead the enterprise-scale architectural execution of a multi-phase CJA transformation program. The ideal candidate will serve as the architectural lead responsible for driving migration governance, semantic model standardization, identity strategy, and enterprise rollout across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics ecosystems.
This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, enterprise analytics modernization, Web SDK implementations, and large-scale data governance frameworks. The architect will lead Packs 3–7 of a strategic 7-Pack migration roadmap, ensuring scalable, governed, and business-aligned analytics capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end architectural execution of enterprise-wide Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) migration initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation and governance of Packs 3–7 within the enterprise migration roadmap.
  • Architect scalable and reusable XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and field-based stitching strategies within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Define and govern enterprise semantic layers, canonical KPIs, derived metrics, attribution logic, and standardized reporting frameworks in CJA Data Views.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, marketing analytics teams, engineering teams, and implementation partners to enable lighthouse use cases and enterprise reporting modernization.
  • Lead Adobe Analytics to CJA parallel-run validation activities, including variance analysis methodologies, reconciliation frameworks, and production rollout governance.
  • Design and oversee Adobe Web SDK implementations leveraging event-driven architectures, consent management integration, and scalable tagging strategies.
  • Establish enterprise-wide governance standards for data quality, taxonomy management, identity resolution, and reporting consistency.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to support downstream integrations including Power BI semantic layer translation and enterprise reporting consumption.
  • Provide architectural leadership for AEP source connector integrations, bot filtering strategies, and consent governance frameworks.
  • Mentor internal teams and provide strategic recommendations for long-term Adobe Experience Platform scalability and optimization.
Required Qualifications
  • Current certification in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Adobe Experience Platform Architect certification or equivalent hands-on enterprise architecture experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics, Digital Analytics Architecture, or Enterprise Marketing Data Platforms.
  • Proven experience leading at least five enterprise-scale CJA migrations as the primary architect of record.

  • Strong experience defining enterprise semantic layers, canonical metrics, calculated metrics, and governance models within CJA Data Views.
  • Demonstrated experience reconciling Adobe Analytics and CJA data during parallel run phases with documented variance methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise analytics governance, taxonomy standardization, and scalable implementation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing and managing AEP Source Connectors.
  • Hands-on expertise integrating OneTrust consent governance with Adobe Launch and Adobe Web SDK.
  • Experience implementing CHEQ or equivalent bot mitigation/filtering solutions.
  • Knowledge of Power BI semantic modeling and enterprise reporting translation frameworks.
  • Experience working within large enterprise digital transformation or marketing modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and enterprise data engineering ecosystems.
