Role Overview
We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Architect to be the strategic quarterback of all GTM initiatives at TechBlocks. This cross-functional leader will work closely with inside sales, demand generation, marketing, product owners, and architects to translate our capabilities into winning market plays — and ensure they’re executed with precision and consistency.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll craft positioning, define campaigns, and help execute targeted GTM initiatives aligned with growth priorities defined by the CEO and CTO.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with CEO & CTO to define GTM priorities by vertical, offering, or innovation theme (e.g., AI-native solutions, reverse logistics, AMI 2.0 for utilities).
- Develop GTM playbooks for new solutions, vertical entries, and capability launches.
- Translate solution architectures and product capabilities into value propositions that resonate with decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Align efforts across inside sales, demand gen, product marketing, and solutions teams.
- Work with enterprise and solution architects to create scalable GTM assets — including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and use case libraries.
- Interface with product owners and delivery leaders to ensure GTM campaigns are execution-ready and supported by real delivery stories and capabilities.
Execution Support
- Help launch and track campaigns in HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other channels — providing input on targeting, messaging, and follow-up cadences.
- Act as a subject matter expert and coach in sales and partner conversations where GTM clarity is needed.
- Build repeatable GTM frameworks for existing and new services (e.g., Global Capability Centers, AI/ML Solutions, Digital Twin architecture for energy storage, etc.).
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze GTM initiative outcomes — from leads to pipeline influence.
- Work with RevOps and leadership to optimize GTM motions based on feedback loops.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, or solution architecture — preferably in a software engineering services or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of modern software stacks: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Platforms, and Custom Product Development.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical solutions into compelling customer narratives.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, and product/delivery teams in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience launching vertical plays in industries like Utilities, Retail, Healthcare, or Logistics.
- Background in product management or presales architecture.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Figma.
