Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on adoption of Agile methodologies across project teams, facilitating key Scrum ceremonies such as but not limited to Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring delivery alignment, removing blockers, and promoting team ownership and accountability.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD practices, leveraging appropriate tools to support efficient and consistent project execution.
- Demonstrate a understanding of technical stacks to effectively support and uplift team capabilities.
- Deliver regular project updates and prepare performance and progress reports using relevant metrics.
- Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
- Exhibit deep proficiency in Agile project management, with strong knowledge of Scrum/SAFE frameworks and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and lead diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving high-performing teams and ensuring successful project execution.
- Track record of managing full project lifecycles with consistent success in end-to-end delivery.
- Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, collaboration, and documentation.
